I. POSITION SUMMARY: Your Mission

This position reports to the Operations Team Lead and works closely with other members of the Sales-Operations team. This is a critical staff-level role focused on delivering superior client service by overseeing the complete lifecycle of sample-only projects. You will be the primary point of coordination between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure project success.

II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Core Responsibilities

Sales-Operations & Project Management Tasks:
  • Full-Cycle Project Execution: Perform tasks from bidding to project management for sample-only projects under supervision.

  • Proposal & Quotation: Evaluate client requests against our sample capability and prepare full quotations and proposals accordingly.

  • Risk & Scope Management: Identify issues, manage scope, control risks, and implement corresponding solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Client & Partner Coordination: Effectively coordinate with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame.

  • Quality Assurance: Work with third-party suppliers to fully deliver project requirements and test surveys and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

  • Escalation: Escalate outstanding RFQ/project-related issues quickly and accurately to the Operations Team Lead.

Common Activities:
  • Image & Ethics: Maintain the good public image of the Company.

  • Risk Reporting: Constantly identify financial and other risks and report these to the Operations Team Lead.

  • Team Contribution: Function as a cooperative and active member in team meetings and contribute to the entire dataSpring organization (as an active member/Springer).

  • Resource Management: Prudently manage resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Communication: Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required to communicate effectively with global clients, co-workers, and partners.

  • Mindset: Highly analytical and with an innovative mind-set.

  • Technology: Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to display empathy and get along well with different personalities. Experience in dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is preferred.

  • Attitude: Must be a passionate, dynamic, and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree is required.

  • Must be open to working flexible hours (including night time) to communicate efficiently with global clients.
